The early years were spent primarily in the East End of London, converting old warehouses and factories into live work and residential apartments in areas around Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, etc.
Moving further East into Surrey Quays and Stratford, Millennium continued flat conversions including Victorian Pubs and also embarked on a number of new build projects for private use and social housing.
For the past 5 years + however, Millennium have returned closer to home building family homes in North London and Herts.
Recent projects include a large individual dwelling close to the riding stables in Arkley; two new 4 bedroom homes in Lyonsdown Road, Barnet; 2 gated detached homes in Barnet Gate Lane, Arkley and our current project in Rowley Lane, Arkley.
Millennium are continuing to source and build homes for discerning buyers in these sought after locations.
