Although the property Industry is experiencing difficult times, this also means that there are opportunities and this is particularly the case overseas, with new and emerging markets experiencing boom and growth even at this time.
With massive investment in infrastructure and with a reliance on tourism for the strength of the economy, many governments continue to pump money in to new airports, marinas, commercial projects, golf and leisure.
Naturally residential development occurs alongside this public spending to ensure available accommodation for those wishing to benefit from all of these improvements and numbers of people being attracted to these areas is on the increase and predicted to keep rising. This in turn will lead to capital value growth as an area continues to establish itself as a viable long term tourist destination.
