Marc Rosenthal completed a degree in Estate Management in 1993 and qualified 2 years later as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor. Moving quickly into the field of development, he began to identify opportunities for established developers, firstly on a fee basis, and later through equity participation. Eventually after securing the necessary finance, he began to develop independently and in 1999 Millennium Developments Ltd was formed and has continued successfully developing property in the U.K. ever since.
Graham Carter, a qualified electrician and air conditioning specialist, founded Axis Services Ltd in 1995. Specialising initially in building maintenance and then proceeding to refurbishment, conversion and new build, he built up a successful company in the field of construction. Axis first worked with Millennium in 1999 on a developer/contractor basis in the East End of London and following numerous projects together joined forces to create what is Millennium today, a builder/developer carrying out conversions, refurbishments and new build projects.
Sophie Pike, having worked closely with Graham Carter since 1999, joined Millennium when Graham and Marc joined forces as PA to both and Office Manager, Sophie is responsible for running the building team and maintaining the smooth running of the Company as a whole.
Daniel Grossmith joined The Millennium Group in 2007 to run Millennium Overseas Property Ltd, which specialises in the sale of property around the world. Following over 10 years in Estate Agency in London, Daniel was looking for a fresh challenge within the property industry and could see the long term potential in the overseas market with not only established, but also many emerging markets to entice those looking to invest or purchase homes abroad.
Shana Rosenthal founded Millennium Recruitment in 2007, specialising in sourcing office support staff for a wide range of businesses. The roles include secretaries, personal assistants and administrators.
Colin Gordon has worked with Millennium Developments on numerous projects and as a multi skilled contractor and site manager is instrumental on site in ensuring that the high quality of work expected is achieved from both directly employed labour and from all sub-contractors that work on a Millennium project.
Martin Beasley, a carpenter of considerable experience, has now worked with Millennium Developments on a number of projects and continues to ensure that all carpentry work is of the highest quality as expected on all Millennium projects.
James Davies has worked with Millennium for the past two years and provides support to all the professional trades on site in addition to his role as chief painter.
Millennium's internal workforce cover the main disciplines of plumbing, electrics, carpentry and general build and the company works closely with sub contractors in such fields as roofing, ground works, timber frame construction and home automation.
